In the health care system there is a need to provide stigma-free emergency contraception and HIV and STI post-exposure prophylaxis in the aftermath of a condom Prostitutes Alfter [ 41 ]. As indicated earlier FSWs believed that urinating, squatting, washing the vagina with water or beer following condom failure would protect them from STIs including HIV, and getting pregnant.

It is important to provide services close to FSWs to achieve healthy future to them, their clients and children.
